Silent Auction and Supper

Saturday 21st May @ 7.30 p.m. in the Upper Room

Tickets £1 each (to offset the cost of the supper)

Proceeds will be split 50/50 between Cornerstones and Breathtakers.

In order far this to work you must bring at least one item (on the night) beginning with the letter 'B'. This need not be anything expensive - e.g. a bag, biro, bath-salts, book, bottle, bakewell tart, baby, budgie, bazooka etc.

Each item will be on view with a `bidding' sheet next to it. You can then bid for any items you wish to purchase by writing down your name, and the amount you hope to pay, on this sheet. Of course somebody may outbid you and write their name and a higher amount underneath yours ... and so on. The highest bidder at the end of the evening wins that particular item.

This will be a fun night with good food and good company, so get your thinking caps on and see if you can come up with something funky, that everybody else wants to bid for - but remember it must begin with the letter 'B'.

Breathtakers is the charity chosen far Project 2000 and is the only UK registered charity specifically supporting Obliterative Bronchlolitis. Their aim is to support families affected by this rare disease, raise awareness with doctors and other professionals and support initiatives, which will benefit 0B sufferers.
